A CHARTER ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 3 OF CHARTER ORDINANCE NO. 2 OF THE CITY OF CANEY, KANSAS; PROVIDING SUBSTITUTE AND ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS ON THE SAME SUBJECT RELATING TO APPOINTMENT OF CITY OFFICERS AND THE TERMS OF OFFICIERS.

Section 1. Section 3 of Charter Ordinance No. 2 of the City of Caney, Kansas, shall be, and on the effective date of this ordinance, is hereby repealed, subject to the provisions of Section 16 hereinafter set forth.

Section 14. Ordinance No. 619, subsection (5) of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 879, and all other ordinances or portions thereof in conflict herewith shall be, and they are hereby repealed, on the effective date of this ordinance.
